The Exempt Market.

StoneTower Financial Solutions is a boutique, financial planning firm. Our planners are registered for the sale of Canadian Private Capital Market products through WealthTerra Capital Management. Inc.

As registered Dealing Representatives we have made the choice to work within the Canadian Private Capital Markets instead of the mutual fund world and stock market.

Although Canadian Private Capital Market nvestments are typically "term" investments and have limited liquidity, meaning that once the funds are put into the investment there is often limited or no option for the investor to get their money out prior to the end of investment term, they are not subject to the fluctuations of the stock market.

So many people are unhappy with their investment results and are looking for new and alternative options. The Canadian Private Capital Investments allows us to offer alternative options and solutions that deliver the results investors are looking for.

While some people have never heard of the Canadian Private Capital market, and others have limited knowledge, we believe that everyone should have access to, and understand, all the financial options available to them. Without all the information, how can a client make an informed decision?

At StoneTower Financial Solutions we are committed to providing information and education, and partnering with our clients to achieve real solutions.

Under the Securities Commission regulation requirements each of our advisors is required to be registered with an Exempt Market Dealer. Our Exempt Market Dealer is WealthTerra Captial Management Inc.

This Isn't New....

Canadian Private Capital Market products have been offered for over 30 years, but have only really become common since the late 1990s.

In 2010, approximately $8.5 billion was raised from BC investors and an additional $7.7 billion was raised by BC issuers from outside the province.
About seven times larger than the prospectus market.

Generally Canadian Private Capital Market products are backed by tangible assets and usually target higher than normal returns. They typically offer limited liquidity options with the main risk being the risk of time.
